Ugly Suit

Ugly Suit

When the store manager returned from lunch, he noticed his
clerk's hand was bandaged, but before he could ask about the
bandage, the clerk had some very good news for him.
"Guess what, sir?" the clerk said. "I finally sold that
terrible, ugly suit we've had so long!"
"Do you mean that repulsive pink-and-blue double-breasted
thing?!" the manager asked.
"That's the one!"
"That's great!" the manager cried, "I thought we'd never get
rid of that monstrosity! That had to be the ugliest suit
we've ever had! But tell me, why is your hand bandaged?"
"Oh," the clerk replied, "after I sold the guy that suit,
his seeing-eye dog bit me."

Eye, You, and Donald Trump

I think I found the source for Donald Trump’s approach to public speaking. There is a clear precedent for his approach to communication.

It’s Jane Elliot!

Jane Elliot is of course the Ohio grade-school teacher made famous for a classroom exercise in which she taught her students to discriminate against each other on the basis of eye-color. If you watch her in action, you can see the elements of Donald Trump’s rhetoric style unfolding before you.

I like the internet for many things, shopping, reading library books, music, researching, some social sites, etc.

I am somewhat put off though that most people can’t/won’t put a sentence together without it being overloaded with foul language, rudeness, crudeness, & general unpleasantness.

I use the computer for entertainment as well as the other things mentioned, but this constant barrage of crude, filthy language is in no way ”entertaining”. I usually end up X-ing out, & staying with pages that don’t involve people posting!

Is it just me who has had more than enough of this?

Something just crossed my mind…..

I am not a political type but can’t help hearing the news everywhere, and an odd thought crossed my mind last night.

What with scummy Trumpeter’s insultingly rude, arrogant, blowhard, lying, backstabbing, name-calling, completely disgusting attitudes, calling on foreign hackers to get busy, etc., I half wonder if this isn’t a deliberate effort to throw the US election, to make sure a woman will be president.

It sure is beginning to look to me as if he is deliberately getting ruder, & more insulting by the hour, because I think the following he’s collected has been something not quite expected, so he’s making himself worse to put people off…………..just sayin’………….
